It invites us to savour each bite consciously, fostering a profound appreciation for the nourishment that sustains us. In the pursuit of this, two distinct formats for practicing mindful eating are proposed: a shorter meditation-based session (10-15 mins) and a more extended silent meal experience (30-50 mins).
